Ring Lights [Direct Lighting]
These Ring Lights are equipped with high-density LED arrays in a ring shape. Direct light is radiated with focus on the center of the work-piece from any angle.
LDR2 Series
Any angle can be created with CCS's unique flexible circuit boards. The required irradiance is ensured by radiating direct light towards the center of the work piece.
SQR Series
The product lineup includes the SQR-56 Series in which LEDs are mounted perpendicular to a flat circuit board so that direct light is radiated towards the center of the work piece. The product lineup also includes the SQR-TP Series which radiate convergent light using chip LEDs arranged in a compact case.
Low-angle Ring Lights [Direct Lighting]
These Low-angle Ring Lights provide light from a low angle to the center section. The edges of the workpiece and any engraving/damage on the metal surface can be highlighted clearly.
LDR2 Series
Any angle can be created with CCS's unique flexible circuit boards. The required irradiance is ensured by radiating direct light towards the center of the work piece.
LDR-LA1 Series
LEDs are mounted perpendicularly on a line-shaped board and arranged in a ring facing horizontally. The thin design has a thickness of only 10 mm. These Ring Lights are used extremely close to the work piece.
Bar Lights [Direct Lighting]
These Bar Lights feature high-density LEDs mounted on a flat circuit board. They can be used for a wide range of applications because the illumination angle is set freely.
LDL2 Series
Emitting surface with LEDs arranged in straight lines radiate direct light. High flexibility in installation is also provided.
LDLB Series
These Bar Lights have a built-in controller to switch between overdrive lighting and constant lighting, and are applicable for long-distance irradiation.
HLDL2 Series
Long-distance irradiation is the specialty of these Bar Lights.

HPR Series
These Ring Lights have "easy to use", "bright", and "uniform" characteristics. A unique illumination structure achieves uniformly diffused illumination.
LFR Series
LEDs are embedded around a light-guiding diffusion plate. Uniform light is radiated from a flat emitting surface. The product lineup includes the LFR-100K and LFR-130K Light Units, in which light is radiated from an emitting surface arranged at an angle.
LKR Series
LEDs are embedded around a light-guiding diffusion plate. Uniform light is radiated towards the center from a light-emitting surface arranged at an angle to the work-piece.
LAV Series
These Light Units have a composite structure for both diffused and coaxial illumination. Curved work-pieces with glossy surfaces such as soldered products are evenly illuminated.
Low-angle Ring Lights [Indirect Lighting]
These Low-angle Ring Lights allow the edges of the workpiece and engraving or damage on surfaces to be detected through low-angle diffused light.
FPR Series
At a low angle, these Ring Lights can be used to highlight and image the characters and scratches in a dark field. At a high angle, these Ring Lights can be used to uniformly image the entire workpiece in a bright field. CCS can offer various lighting methods according to the applications.
Low-angle Square Lights [Indirect Lighting]
These Low-angle Square Lights emit diffused light from the sides of a square case. They are ideal for detecting the edges or the surface damage of a square shaped work-piece.
FPQ2 Series
These Low-angle square Lights are ideal for imaging square shaped workpiece. Uneven illumination which may occur with the use of the Low-angle Ring Light can be avoided. Preserving the style of the FPQ Series, these Light Units achieved high output. The 20 x 20 mm models were added to the product lineup.

TH2 Series
These light units are evolved from TH series, and achieved high power.
TH Series
These Light Units were evolved from the LDL-TP Series to achieve high power output that was unprecedented for the Flat Lights. Abundant size variations and space-saving installation will also help your system design. The LED colors are red, white, and blue.
LFL Series
Light from the LEDs that are arranged around the periphery of the square shaped light-guiding diffusion plate passes through the plate and produce diffused illumination. Thin-structure design of 6 mm min. (for the LFL-612, LFL-1012, and LFL-50) enables space-saving installation.
Flat Dome Lights [Indirect Lighting]
These Flat Dome Lights provide uniformly diffused light using original lighting technology. The effect of coaxial and dome lighting is achieved with one unit.

LFX2 Series
These epoch-making Light Units were achieved through our unique lighting technology. Coaxial Lights [Indirect Lighting]
These Coaxial Lights are ideal for imaging of scratches, dents, and printed characters; mirrored surface and highly reflective work-pieces are evenly illuminated.
LFV3(A) Series
These Coaxial Lights have a half mirror to align the diffused light from the LED array to the same optical axis as the camera lens. Mirror surface workpieces are uniformly illuminated without unevenness. The diffusion plate is adjustable and exchangeable.

These line-type Coaxial Lights can be used with a line sensor camera for imaging. These Coaxial Lights are ideally suited for imaging scratches, dents, and marks on a curved surface with high reflectivity.
Coaxial Lights [Collimated Lighting]
These Coaxial Lights radiate collimated light that is ideally suited for imaging of minute scratches and dents or characters on reflective surfaces, such as CDs or wafers.
MSU Series
These Coaxial Lights provide collimated lighting which is created through a special lens. The product lineup includes five models with different fields of view and the LED colors of red (RD2), white (SW), blue (BL), and green (GR).
MFU Series
These Coaxial Lights provide collimated lighting from behind the work-piece. This suppresses the wraparound of light and enables precise dimension measuring and appearance inspection.

HFS Series

Light Units with Intensity Control Unit

The light intensity can be set to any of the 126 levels by adjusting the Intensity Control Unit. The IU Series has an M12 input connector, to which you can connect smart cameras and other devices to supply power.
